Let me say that i really enjoyed the killing, hated to see it end but they did a nice job. Now i need to move on to something new. Here are some i have watched that i enjoyed.

breaking bad
sons of anarchy
the following
bates motel
walking dead (kind of got old for me last 2 seasons)

How is fringe? What are your suggestions and why? I enjoy murder/mystery type stuff.

You'd probably like Sherlock Holmes.

Fringe is way more Sci Fi than anything you've listed.

Based off your list, my first suggestion would be:

True Detective

Yep..these two.

You would also like Broadchurch if you enjoyed the killing. It is very similar, but British.

this. if you don't mind brit accents, it's very similiar to The Killing like the above poster said. I liked it a lot. First season is on Netflix, only six episodes

Ray Donovan
Shameless
The Tutors
Rome (only 2 seasons, but extremely good)
Mozart In The Jungle (Amazon original series)

Start Luther immediately. Do it now! I just finished episode 3 season 2 and it is one of the best series I've ever watched. I wish there were many more episodes.

You'd probably like The Fall, too. I still haven't watched season 2, but season 1 was good.

I loved Happy Valley (1 season so far).

Fargo was incredible (1 season so far).

Also, Terriers. Only one season before it was cancelled sadly.
