Damn ATT. Won't budge off the upgrade date.

Contract date is April 5. Think they will let me come in tomorrow or today to get phone and renew? Nope. Damn they have become hard-asses. Used to be if you were within 30 days you could renew.

Yup.

prices for non ATT used ones are dropping on Amazon. Can get around $400. Only $150 more than ATT when you throw in the activation fee.

When I upgraded to the iPhone 6 a few months ago, they let me upgrade a few days early when I did it online.

Large corporations have killed customer service and loyalty in America.

It used to be that vendors were local and the people who worked there were local. They cared about their communities and their customers. Now, they don't give a frick about you. From the ceo down to the guy working behind the desk. You're meaningless and it sucks.

There's no reason to help out a customer or go the extra mile. It's not like there's a possibility that you'll tell your friends about it and att's bottom line will hurt at all.

One of the best things about sprint besides the cheap plan is being about to get an upgrade in 18 months, I got my iPhone 6+ 3 months before I was due an upgrade
