I've enjoyed them in the past. The company I work for now has never hosted one, but I've been to plenty of private parties with my co-workers. I occasionally host as well. I always have fun. My co-workers are some of my closest friends.

Hell yes. We only do one a year, though, and it's a 4 day 3 night booze-a-thon.

no, not at all...
I am a fairly private person and strive really hard to keep my personal life completely seperate from work...
as some of the others say, I work a good number of hours and just don't like having to "work" more in the name of a social event...
