I promise it's fantastic. I don't usually use all of the sauce. Just lightly coat.

And I eyeball the ingredients. I'd imagine going below a cup would be fine.

I had the same reaction until I saw the sugar is only for the sweet chili vinegar sauce, and you use only 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the sauce for 2 lbs of brussels.

I may give this a whirl this weekend.

You won't regret it. I've made it for a few different posters that would agree it is delicious. I like to cut them in half and roast those babies in EVOO until they're really dark. And when I toss with the sauce, I use tongs and let them break up.
