There are objective facts that 99% of people on earth would not agree with each other on. That you think that many people have the same sensitivities as you is a little pompous.

There's a way to make jokes about 9/11, Katrina, Isis, etc as a whole, even though i still find it inappropriate i don't mind it, but it's a lot more personal and hurtful when you talk about an individuals death.

it's more hurtful to make fun of an individual's death then making fun of thousands of peoples' deaths?

Maybe just stick to watching Larry the Cable Guy and Dane Cook

no it's not.
and something is wrong with you if you can make fun of someones death directly to someone that you know is personal and emotional to that person. You deserved to get punched in the face.

Was this your first time watching a Roast? Serious question because it really seems like you are unfamiliar with the style of humor typically present at one.

no it's not, i've seen just about all of them.
and i've loved just about all of them.

I just don't see how anyone can find humor in making fun of someones unexpected death directly to the people that cared about them.

Let me know when your dad dies and i'll come to the funeral and make a joke about the nature in which he died.
Let's say your dad died on a hunting trip where you blew his head off when he stood up in front of you. Would you be alright with people ducking every time they walk by you?

I've seen roasts, and the ISIS jokes were over the line, trying too hard, and not funny.

I love how Paul Walker's jokes were taken off, but the ones about ISIS videos and sawing off people's heads which are still being made were allowed.

I'm all for edgy comedy, but that was over the line and should never have been allowed. Period.

how's it not? shouldn't you be able to find the humor in it regardless of where you are? why does it have to be at a roast to be ok to say?

Just because you can't understand it doesn't make it wrong.

A good friend of mines mom died a few years ago from cancer. we made fun of him about her before she got sick, and we occasional do now, but it's more out of her memory do we make fun of her.
Making fun of how she died would warrant a punch to the face.

Just to be clear, i think it was dumb to censor the jokes. I just don't understand why anyone would joke about it.

I think the point is, let the jokes go out there and allow each individual to decide whether or not to laugh or be outraged. Its especially pointless when CC is going to draw such weird lines in the sand.

"Mocking Bruce Jenner??? How distasteful! Beheading joke? Sure go with it!"

It sounds like Justin and his people got final approval over what aired.

I like how all of you can't answer the fricking question/joke i proposed and look for ways to pick it apart instead of seeing the humor in it.
