I like how attending a private school is a sign of social status in Louisiana when most of their private schools aren't nearly as good as suburban public schools in Houston, Dallas and Austin.

quote:

Barely being able to afford to live.

Is correct answer.

Some other terms that go with this answer:

Shack.
Food stamps.
Live with random people growing up.
Etc.

But thats all secondary. The real answer is: "barely being able to afford to live"

its hard to make it out of that. But the people that i know that have are pretty amazing. Amazing scientists, doctors, lawyers, business folk, etc.

Adversity i think is only thing that ever creates true greatness. I know of no exceptions.

Granted, true greatness is a relative term. I dont mean bill gates or steve ballmer. But they both had types of adversity i guess. But not "barely being able to afford to live." Well, bill gates had that briefly, but was self imposed and fake. Anyway... Good answer.

Absolutely it's a social status. I'm very proud of it.
