Celebrities you want to see roasted

Yeah,I know people want to see Bieber roasted, but really he gets roasted on Twitter every damn day and he knows that 99% of society hates him. He's 21 and doesn't deserve it yet. In order to be roasted, I think you have to be pretty confident that this guy's work is going to last the decades and needs to at least be old enough to be elected president. So let's list off some people more deserving of a Roast that would actually be good:
10) Robert Downey Jr.- The biggest star in Hollywood, with a colorful past and sure to get some good friends there to roast him well.
9) George R.R. Martin- Nothing but fat and lazy jokes, and think he'd be a good subject.
8) David Letterman- Enough said
7) Harvey Weinstein- Who better to roast than the guy who literally owns Hollywood?
6) Jerry Seinfeld- I'm really shocked he hasn't been roasted yet. The star of debatably the greatest sitcom of all time. Larry David would not be a bad runner-up either if they could get him instead of Seinfeld.
5) Tom Hanks- One of the world's most beloved actors and will certainly be iconic for all time. Granted I'm not sure how good of a subject he'd be to make fun of.
4) Jay Leno- Tons of good material to go with on him and comedians would show up in droves to roast him.
3) George Lucas-The world's richest director, and creator of the blockbuster who shat the bed later in his career. Great material. Spielberg and Cameron wouldn't be bad choices either.
2) Sean Penn- Grade-A a-hole with a good body of work to show for it. Should make for a good night.
1) Mel Gibson- The clear crown jewel Roast contenders for an entire generation. The guy has it all: great body of work, he's actually funny, a real fricked up past, would be able to get an incredible line-up of people actually associated with him. I can't think of a celebrity who could top him, aside from maybe OJ Simpson.

Bill Cosby
Well a Roast is supposed to be as much of a celebration of a man's life as it is to destroy it, and I'm thinking quite a few comedians would refuse to show up simply for what he's done. But yeah, I should have put it on my list and think it would be hilarious.

That would get ugly. I imagine a lot of Jewish comedians genuinely dislike the guy.
ETA: Same thing that you said about Cosby. Would people refuse to show up?

Obama, Kim Jong-un, Dick Cheney and Hillary Clinton would all be funny

Cosby raped people, and Gibson just said some bad things on a drunken ramble about Jews a few years back. I think what he said about blacks was worse than what he said about the Jews with his conversations with his wife, and I think Whoopie would show up for the Roast. Mel Gibson's crimes aren't bad enough I don't think many would refuse to Roast a guy of that high caliber, especially since I can just about guarantee he'd make RDJ his Roastmaster.
