ATT glitch > free iPhone 6

I found a glitch with ATT. It was an accident, i even tried to tell them about the problem but they couldn't figure it out; they kept saying your new phone isn't in our system. I said frick it, if they don't care why should i. Free i phone for me :)
I'm not going to talk about the glitch here because i think it' unethical and might be illegal. just wanted to share my story.

Similar scenario with an ATT mobile hot spot. Unfortunately, I was trying to get a damaged one replaced under warranty, and the original one wasn't in their system. After a week of no satisfaction, I figured out how to direct dial way up the ladder (I think she may have been a VP 
) and found someone who solved the problem.

I know of the glitch you speak of. I just bought 12 tents and several blow up canoes for about $7.00.

My case involved switching to ATT and ordering the online iPhone 6 through the next installment plan but the phone disappeared from their system.

Somewhat, mine was Verizon though. Basically switched to their service, bought two new phones. They never had us as being under contract through. Only found out myself when it was too late, something was wrong with a like 10% discount on our account, and only found out they didn't have us in the system trying to deal with that an get my extra 20 bucks a month or some shite. Pretty annoyed
