Pioneer Pub in Natchitoches

sitting here at work and listening to some old blues music, I'm being brought back to my college years at northwestern st.

Had a bar on front street called the Pioneer pub.

Old school smokey type bar that had lIve music every night. Most nights it was a few guys playing some blues.

I just remember how good a feeling it was sitting at the bar, drinking good beer and vibing out to some old guy playing "the thrill is gone"

Good times.... I wish there was a place in BR like that.
