No one is saying that is a false statement. The problem people are having is that it's not ok to accept that fricking mentality. You shouldnt have to fear riding a train at night. You shouldnt have to fear putting yourself in a situation where you might have to fight for your fricking life on a ride home because you didnt have enough white people around you to deter such an incident. The reason that guy got targeted was because he was on a bus full of blacks, and it's the bus full of blacks that are the enablers in that situation. If they would have any fricking moral code as decent human beings, this incident would have never happened.

Arrests made. A 15 and 21 year old have been arrested. The third thug was let go. The DA is already crawfishing on charging them with a hate crime.

society won't change to any regard unless the street goes both ways. it's time for these types of people to receive hate crimes as any white person would in this situation,
If three white guys went onto a bus and asked the exact same question, then beat the shite out of a black guy, the rainbow coalition would be there in an hour. There would be protests everywhere, and rioting in the streets.
It's time for the punishment to fit the crime. Not charging these people with a hate crime is racist in its own right.

Their names were not released in the media yet. Is this racist or race based? When are criminals that are arrested provided with anonymity? The 15 year old is a minor so that is explained. The 21 year old kids name should be released.
Also. one kid hit him a lot. The other two each hit him once. Why only two arrests with one being let go? Maybe the kid that was let go is going to testify against the other two.

If I was on that train, and stood up and then beat those three piss-ant weaklings to a bloody pulp, I would have been charged...even though it would have been self-defense.

Two would have run if he had stood up. Once you throat-punched the leader and kicked him in the junk the other two would have gotten small real quick.
Also, if you could get a jury of your real peers, you would not be convicted. You could start a Gofundme for attorneys fees.
