I see this most often with doctors who only list their med school. Occasionally lawyers do the same thing with their law school.

What if I got them form the same place?

And what if I get another grad degree from somewhere else?

I don't. I think employers care more about the highest degree earned.

But if you went to an acclaimed undergrad school then maybe just do it to impress.

Most ask for it. Don't know why they do except maybe for foreign medical graduates

If you ever went to an Ivy it belongs on the CV. Unless you flunked out.

Yes. Employers are interested in one's higher education background, unless you're applying for a custodian job or something.

I had an interview at a school this morning, when I showed up this morning I didn't have a formal resume on me so i was sort of hoping a photograph of Bruce Jenner could represent the standard of excellence I'm hoping to bring to his position (substitute janitor).

In many cases folks with professional degrees did not "graduate" from undergrad school...they just took the required coursework and moved on. It may be less common now but my contemporaries in the 60s and 70s did that....med school, dental school, law school...
