I would just be happy if they improved the quality of their 1080. Their compression is terrible.

3840x2160x60f = ~497 million pixels per second. My overclocked i7 is struggling playing the video on 4k60

Not enough for them to be trying to make this a regular feature. I find 4k monitors to be insanely overprices. I can tell a little difference between it and 1080p but it's so minimal that I wouldn't consider buying a monitor that's $400 more expensive.
