Not if it was just the NBA hall of fame, but it is the basketball hall of fame and he was pretty damn good in college. Add that to what he did do in the pros and I say he is in. Does he also have any gold medals? That helps also.
He probably is. The multiple final fours, two college championships, and his first six years in the NBA are pretty rare air. So far as I know he never played in the Olympics so that won't help him but he probably gets in eventually.
