Next great Texas Db?

I would think so, evaluations for class of 17 aren't in yet, but he is the only ranked cb prospect in Texas and also a 4* on rivals, kid looks legit, what do yall think?

Notre Dame, OU, Okie State, Ole Miss have already offered according to 247.

Looks like a good prospect from the link. He does make plays.
How legit is the speed? It says 4.45 but on film he looks 4.5+. Guys seem to catch him after INT's.
So if he doesn't grow anymore, at 5-11 and possibly 4.5+ speed, he'll more than likely contribute on the next level, but I'm not sure he'll be labeled the "next great Texas DB" unless he goes all Honey Badger.
