Ragin Cajuns basketball to play game at old Blackham Coliseum

The Cajuns are still alive in some sort of everyone gets a post season tournament. The Cajundome is already booked for an IceGators game so the Cajuns are returning to their home from 1950-1984. They haven't played there since 2005 when Hurricane Katrina displaced them from the Cajundome.
Blackham is beyond dated but for an irrelevant post season game, a game at their old home is kind of fun. Probably won't happen but some throwback unis would have been cool.

My dad told me over the weekend that ULL advanced to the next round in both men's and women's bball, and I was like, uh...ok

Damn, those pictures must be from quite a while back. Everyone is dressed normal and not like a caricature of a jersey shore cast member.

Wow, great pics.
Made many a game in Blackham with my dad growing up.
The Bulldogs and then Cajuns could fill the place and it would get loud.
Some good players came through the program - was so fun to watch Bo Lamar and Andrew Toney in their respective days.

My best memories as a kid we're going to see USL basketball games in Blackham. Place was loud

No they moved back to the Cajun Dome either this year are the year before.

The games in Blackham are cool to attend, but it just seems like every other year the Cajuns are "returning to Blackham" I hope it doesn't become trite. Personally, I would like it if they played more regular seasons games there.
