Lsu softball. No game 3 vs. Oklahoma?

Was there a game 3? Can't find it nor do I see evidence of it being played. Thought the series always consisted of 3 games per weekend

That's just what they want you to believe. OU's coach told Torina last night that she just realized that she had left the iron on and had to go home right away. Honest mistake.

Well she made it back to BR in time for her team to play McNeese at noon at Tiger Park....OU won 3-0

No but several fans were arriving at 5:30 yesterday for the previously scheduled 6:00 P.M. start. They did not get the notice and it was not pretty.

Last year when we went to Oklahoma, we played the same 2 game Friday/Saturday series. This was something that was probably agreed to last year when this home and home was scheduled.
I'm guessing that because Oklahoma had a tournament and some games canceled because of snow and ice, they had some extra games that they could play and still be under the limit. Probably the same for McNeese. I haven't counted our games on the schedule, but I would guess that we were full as we have had no cancellations this year.
