That said, seeing how Morgan is from the first season, I could see that happening. Would kinda explain why he hasn't really been on the show lately except in small after-credit teasers.

Rick is exiled and his group is shattered but carol rallies them after Glenn is killed and rick returns at the season finale showing him shooting Pete and holding Deanna at gunpoint just as a horde of walkers attack the perimeter

If they killed her off I think I'd quit watching. She's badass with that sword.
The more I think about it, the more I think it has to be a Glenn/Maggie thing or Coral. Others would be missed more, but those would be the tear jerkers.

I think Glenn gets killed. His character has been out of the "inner circle" (Rick, Michone, Daryl, Carol) since he left with Abraham, and said something along the lines that he can make his own decisions.
I think this sparks the group to take over Alexandria and as soon as they do, we see Daryl stumble upon the Wolves.

Carl dies at the hand of either Nicholas or Pete and all of team Rick goes apeshite crazy. I expect Pete, Nicholas, Carl and at least one more notable character..how about Jessie!

Have really enjoyed this story arc. Hope the finale is a bloodbath, led by Rick. I would not be surprised to see Daryl die.
