Smoked a few butts on my stick burner using pecan and red oak. Turned out really good.

Look good. What temp did you take'em off? Did all of 'em finish about the same time?

Boss man buys the meat and I cook it on halfs. He likes to slice his and I make pulled pork out on mine. Pull the slice butts at 170 and the pull pork at 195-200.
