Everyone always complains about the DMV. I don't think I've ever spent more than 5 minutes in one

AAA

My Dad got bought my first membership when I turned 16 and I've kept it every year since. It pays for itself with discounts at hotels and on rental vehicles.

100 miles free towing a year is a lifesaver at times.

I've been pulled out of mud, had a tire patched roadside and towed a couple times in the last few years. No muss. No fuss. Always a clean tow truck and polite guy to help me. Even in bad weather their response times have been pretty good.

Had an issue once with getting the wrong movie mailed from Netflix.

It wasn't a huge deal but I called anyway to let them know. They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy.... I was pretty surprised

IMO customer service has all but disappeared in this country over the last few years but for the past 6-8 months seems to making a bit of a comeback with some of the companies that I deal with, hope the trend catches on

Speaking of service, it's ridiculous the great service you get in Korea.

You're going to be in Korea thumbs up mode for the next little while. Withdrawls are gonna suck.
