Insecticide/Pesticide for Citrus Trees

I've noticed my Satsuma tree looks a little rough. It's not terrible yet, but it doesn't look great. What is a good insecticide/fungicide to use to manage the tree? Also, would that same insecticide be good on my fig tree? Both trees are young. My fig tree is 2 years old and about 3' tall. My Satsuma was planted September last year and is about 4' tall.

post a pic of what it looks like because it could be different issues. You will get good help here (I did last year).

Will do this weekend. I'm also having trouble figuring out how to prune this thing. I know it's young, but my cousin (a landscape architect) told me that you want to snip some branches off that may prevent the tree from growing up, rather than out, because all of the trees energy will be used up supporting both limbs. I just can't figure out which limb to cut, if any at all.
