I don't think its coaching at all. I think between the lack of depth and this incredibly fragile mentality of his team when facing adversity, you see what happens .
When thing go their way, you see what can happen. When it's not, complete collapse.
Spare me the coaching. When your players can't hit one shot, that's not coaching. That's lack of ability.

I blame Johnny Jones for the lack of mental toughness with this team.
He also is bad at TO's and inbounds plays, but we're so mentally fricking weak and inconsistent it's unbelievable.

I will say this, and it is not defending Mickey just an observation, every time he was at the free throw line at the end he looked totally exhausted. A decent depth on this year's team could have meant maybe 5-6 less losses and a lot better seed and perhaps a better draw.
