i agree, no discipline. A couple of players play selfish at critical times.

It's not so much a lack of discipline as a lack of an offensive plan. We rely on the transition game and running the floor for a lot of our points. In the halfcourt game, it's pretty much either drive to the basket or take a long shot and hope for the put back if it doesn't go in. That's low percentage offensive strategy, but you don't notice it until the end when every possession is under a microscope.
Now, the missed free throws, on the other hand? That's just pure lack of discipline or motivation. There is absolutely no excuse for losing a game on missed free throws. It means the players are either uncoached or unmotivated. Either is unacceptable.

Yep. Or, more accurately, unmotivated. Any player who doesn't shoot free throws well is simply unmotivated. Any coach who has players like this is just stupid or also unmotivated. Missing six crucial free throws in a row in the final minutes of a close game is a 100% guaranteed indicator of a team with players who don't care and a coach who either doesn't care or doesn't have a clue.
