The CBS Sports app was pretty fantastic last year. You can watch the games on it (most, if not all, from what I remember).

NCAA March Madness app. Once you login to your cable provider (like the WATCH ESPN app) you can watch any game.

The March madness live app is a pile of shite
fricker automatically freezes every time I open it. I haven't been able to watch shite on it since the 10 minute mark of the first half of the Notre Dame-NE game
