Usually don't like the Richardson threads, but this one was worthy of an upvote.

PM has been in the league a long time.

There are probably punters who have longer runs

Anyways have an upvote

To be fair, Peyton's melon head dragged him 4 yards.

I'm willing to bet you can get more up votes than both their career runs.

Let's see if I get this right. No cheating i swear.

Monday Night Football. 2004. Maybe the first one of the season.
Colts vs. Pats. Colts have a 4th and 1 around midfield. Colts bring out the Jumbo package. Pats bring out the goal line D. Manning fakes it to the RB and then turns to a naked boot right. Entire Pats D bites on the fake, hard. Peyton "runs" down the sideline for what seems like an eternity, only to be pushed out of bounds 30 yards downfield.

Watching it live, I thought Peyton's "Forrest Gump Magic Leg Braces" were going to break off and then he would reveal his 4.3 speed and race for a touchdown.

Manning had a longer run against the Saints but it was blown dead by an inadvertent whistle.

I remember that. He tried the Dan Marino fake-spike and run at the end of the first half, right?

Yes, the officials completely fricked up everything.

Marvin Harrison calls timeout, the refs realize after stopping the clock that the Colts didn't have any left. No penalty was enforced (delay of game run off) they just let them run a play, Manning faked the spike and ran 50 yards, one official is running down the field with him, while others were blowing the play dead. The Colts got a field goal out of it, which was bullshite, since the half was over.
