when you get tired of frying them...

filet. blacken in hot skillet. tacos.

First off, you need to tell us where you caught them to ensure that the area you caught them in is a safe eating zone.

man, you are in for a treat...the normal way is to dust and fry...

the meat is white and delicate and is also very good sauteed in butter or broled in the oven....

Thanks for the advice, I think were just going to go with the dust and fry method.

I've got some good black crappie recipes.

Think everybody needs a pic to id fish to insure proper recipe.
