Remember staying home from school sick as a young kid and seeing him. Gong Show made me laugh when I was sick. RIP Gene Gene.

He still does shows here in Vegas. Haven't seen him in forever. He used to perform the first few minutes as the Unknown Comic then the rest of the show as himself. LINK

It was a hoot as a little kid….now that I am older I understand that hard-core drugs and other mind-altering substances had to be at play...
