Given the wild past few days, who would you take at #13 and #31?

We've met our needs at C and with the restructuring of Hawthorne and pending signing of Humber, we have at least serviceable options at OLB and ILB. For the sake of this discussion, assume the following:

-Grubbs and Evans both come back
-Brandon Browner and/or Tramon Williams signs at CB

Given these circumstances, who would you take at #13 and #31?

At #13, I'd take Brandon Scherff at OG. If he's not there, then I'd grab Devante Parker or Kevin White at WR.

At #31, if we went WR earlier, then I'd take Benardrick McKinney or Denzel Perryman at ILB. If we went O line at #13, then I'd grab Dorial Green-Beckham. He'd be the perfect weapon to replace Graham and we could use rounds 2 and 3 for ILB help.
