I watched a few episodes and I'm trying to get interested but everything that's happening to the search party seems fake as hell and all a big setup to get more viewers.

For those who haven't seen it the show follows a group of 5 guys trying to find the Lost Dutchman Mine in Arizona....reported to have 200mil in gold inside.

1. People have been looking for that thing for over a hundred years and haven't found it. It's most likely a myth.

2. The Superstition Mountains are a designated wilderness area. Either they're poking around there illegally, or they're filming somewhere else. I'm guessing the latter.
