asik and ajinxa play different roles. if ajinca could defend and rebound at a better rate, he'd be due for a large contract.

but damn im pleasantly surpirsed with ajinca

I wish we could do a sign and trade with the Bucks for Khris Middleton but now I think his value league wide and and with the Bucks may be to high. Buck fans seem to believe he'll get 10 mill+ offers but he is exactly what this team needs.

With Middleton or Batum I could see this team as an actual contender.

Ajinca has improved by leaps and bounds this late in the year. I like the versatility we have between him and Asik.

move Anderson for a 3 and D watch out.

Do we not already have this in Q-pon? More importantly, could we realistically get someone better than Q-pon (and his contract) for Ryno?

I don't know if you've gotten to see him play much, but he's a little small 6'6 and people have been driving on him pretty good. He hustles and has good IQ, but we really need someone bigger and better on defense. He's fine to share the position, but he's not who you want as your primary SF.

He's an awesome tweener off the bench, but I agree, I'd love to get a MLE 3 and D guy. Question, isn't AA going to burn up our MLE next year? We need to hold on to him, don't we?

Ryno isn't getting us a 3 and D wing right now.

Gotcha. I've been able to see him some and what I've seen is a lot of hustle plays on defense. But I didn't know he was lacking that much in size.

No. We have Early Bird Rights which means we can go up to the league average salary, which is slightly more than the MLE. So basically unless someone throws more than the MLE at him we should be able to keep him. Spencer Hawes is a similar offensively skewed center, but much more proven than Ajinca and he only got the MLE.
