Seriously though, time for him to make tremedous strides for this team if Tyreke can't suit up tonight. I want to see distribution (obviously) and better man defense from him if he's Cole's back-up. And after that, shot selection.

He's a combo guard. It's DLeague so take it with a grain of salt, but his assist stats were decent there.

21.7 PPG, 4.5 RPG, 7.5 APG

Williams was absolutely lost on defense a couple of times last night. His ability to knock down shots helped offset it, but the defense will probably limit his contributions a bit for the time being. It takes time to pick up a new defensive system.

Will dell cut him like Greg? Is there any point he's guaranteed any money? Or any benefit to cutting him?

I think he's in a 1-year deal on the vet's min amount. So, no, I don't think that there's any benefit to cutting him.
