The graphics hold up well for the age of this game, the campaign took 21 hours, and they are master storytellers. But some things that bugged me

- changing the flight path of the ariboat mid air
- I actively tried to kill my followers because they always want to stand in front of me.
- Valve hates the number 3, when they wanted to release more content the went from "Half-Life2 Episode 2" to "Lost Coast" instead of "Half-Life 2 Episode 3."

I have been looking for something to play since nothing interesting has released for me since DA:I, and this is filling the void until Pillars of Eternity on the 26th.

Except that lost coast was just a tech demo. But yeah, HL3, blah blah blah...

Story telling is amazing. Did you play through both episodes as well? If anyone gets tired of the HL3 whining, experience ep 2 and THEN you'll understand.

I guess I don't remember that about the airboat, but I don't want real life in my games

No episodes 1, 2, and lost coast are next up. I have not played these in years so they are kinda familiar, but not so much so that I always know what's coming next.

I never understood the hype for this game but then again I only played on 360.

Half Life was way ahead of the times when it came out and the fact that it still holds up today says a lot. If it's not your type of game then you won't like it.

Just played the intro for Ep 1 and dog holding onto the antenna and then told to move and then hold it will bring a chuckle from us older people. Tinfoil on the rabbit ears.
