Take a Rusty Rebel to LSC
Buy the $25k horn (Musical Horn 5) then the $50k horn (Jazz Horn Loop) It doesn't charge you for buying the horns.
Buy High end > Shadow Stock wheels
Sell for $60,730

Depends on what they are, but I've been trying to knock them out each day.
Usually takes me less than 30 minutes.
Some of them you need a friend to help you out with.

R* set the bar pretty high with these heists, I can see why they waited so long. No one will be happy with DLC that doesn't include heists now
