I feel the same exact way, sign no more and babel were great albums but I'm not too optimistic about this new one.

Always been a huge Coldplay fan so naturally I think Believe is a pretty kick arse song. Just listened to "The Wolf" and I like it too. People always hate when bands experiment with a new sound, but I am a fan.

I think the new releases have gotten better as they have come out. I definitely got thrown for a loop when I heard the Coldplay-ish "Believe," but will be happy to give the whole album a listen once it is out.

I actually don't mind the new style. It threw me off when I first heard believe but I have been giving it a chance and its growing on me each time I give it a full listen

The first half of Believe is so Coldplay sounding. The second half is pretty cool. I actually like the guitar work in it a lot, very tasteful.
Not a big Mumford fan by no means, but at least they are going with a different sound than those first two records, which were exact replicas.

Saw them play a small show a few weeks ago up here. They played the whole album. Wolf and Snake Eyes were the highlights definitely. A few very Coldplay and U2 sounding songs. Overall I really liked it better than Babel. Far different sound.
