Wait a week. Next week crawfish will be readily available everywhere and so the price will go down significantly. Also they will be larger than the ones you get this week. My source on this is a friend of mine who is a chef at a popular Cajun restaurant in town, he said his local supplier recommended he wait til next week for the same reasons
