for those talking about his response to the game winning shot. He has always displayed a team first mentality in every interview I've watched and/or read. LINK

Good interview. Any kid wants that shot. If you don't want it you shouldn't be playing. Thought he handled the questions well.

I taped the game because I could not watch live.

At the end of the sequence on t.v. Patterson comes over smiling and pats Hornsby on the back and says "alright Keith".

And I'm sure he wanted to be in there and honestly IMHO he should have been, but it worked out.

He wanted to take it and that's what you want in a shooter. I took his demeanor as him being as cool as the other side of the pillow.

My apologies then, just looked like from where he was standing he was on the bench, but I guess it was just a proximity thing.

Hornsby got revenge for the shite he had to take for being the one to take the final shot vs. UK.

Hornsby hit the shot but without Jalyn's last 3 clutch 3 pointers, LSU would not have been in that position. Keith nailed the shot but Jalyn and Gray's penetration in the lane won that game for LSU. jUST SAYIN

2 of those 3 shots should almost be considered half court shots. He was closer to mid court than to the 3 point line

Hornsby was closer for the pass I think and it worked out.

Hah not quite, man. This is how southern legends get started. They were six feet behind an NBA line...lets not make a tall tale
