That doesn't make sense at all... why would it be blacked out for me but not in BR? I'm not in a CST area

u300 may not get some of those channels but u450 does

I think the issue here is this. There's actually two broadcast productions tonight: CST and ROOT. The reason the Uverse folks are getting it locally is because Root handles the Astros games so it a regional channel we all get. If you're not in the Astros market, you won't get ROOT unless you have the sports package. I have U200 and its on for me in LA.
So if you're in the Astros market, you can get it on ROOT. Otherwise, CST. The blackout is due to Internet streaming for this, technically MLB production. ESPN has no say in this tournament, so the CST/SEC/ESPN arrangement is not in play.

That would support my claim. The game is an "Astros" production on ROOT. Just like I wouldn't get the Yankees here, you wouldn't get Astros without Extra Innings.

I was actually watching the Neb vs. A&M. I noticed that most of the people in the stands were wearing jackets. Score was 3-0 A&M.
