Anyone else using Cox having trouble with Blizzard tonight?

About an hour ago my latency went sky high and game kept disconnecting. Now I can't connect at all and blizzard's website wont even come up unless I use my cellphone. Ookla speed test shows great results and all other non Blizzald games and websites are normal. I restarted my computer, DNS flush, and restarted my router and modem. This is weird.

I noticed DCUO was a bit laggy last night during our raids. Chalked it up to the latest game update and Thursday being the day the weekly's refresh.
