Direct marketing (cold calling)

I am looking to hire someone to make phone calls and ask a couple of questions to see if people are interested in something. I then just want a report of the names of the people who say they want further information. Is there a service out there that does this? I've searched and am not really coming up with anything. It's a very specific area so it isn't something I can buy leads for. TIA

You could probably hire someone from overseas to do it for like $5/hr. There are reputable websites around where you can outsource almost anything. I've never done it, but at least worth glance IMO.
