Just roll it over into a traditional IRA with fidelity, schwab, Edward jones, etc.

You can probably even leave it with whoever you have it with and they can convert it for you

New company will now have 401K i will be self employed

my 401K with my employer is with Edward Jones. I can ask them. Thanks..

Roll it over, fees will be much lower on an IRA.

I would go with schwab or fidelity over edward jones. Edward jones pushes their products pretty heavily and they aren't competitive.
