There is no leadership on this team, are bench. The kid from Tenn was coaching more than JJ and he has nothing to play for, on yes he does his DAM PRIDE

We don't have that one guy that we can just give the ball and get a bucket. Jarell can be that guy at times, but he consistently doesn't play hard. To win games, we have to play good team basketball with complete focus and effort. Sometimes they just don't do that.

This team's best offense is pick and roll at the top of the key....shoot the 3. With no second chance opportunities and no use of the big men under the basket.

I do think this team would be tons better with someone like Carmouche who could calm things down when we have dry spells and/or give up huge runs.

Typically, there is no one on the court playing harder than Hornsby and that was the case again last night. However, the rest of the team was woefully uninspired and played downright lazy most of the night. Extremely disappointing night for the team, including the head coach who just doesn't seem to be able to consistently motivate this team. His first two teams slightly over-achieved IMO. This one has drastically under-performed.
