The wife and I are heading to Moody Gardens in the next month or so. Any must see or must do the OT professional travelers of the world suggest? We like tring different things but no where near dare devils.

It was a big disappointment. I won't go back.

Shearn's in the hotel is a decent steak.
Rudy and Paco's is one of my favorite restaurants on the island.

Google and find a burger place called "smooth Tony's ". Open during week only and Thursday and Friday night with live music. Best burger I've ever had. Great atmosphere. Music was excellent.

Not sure what exactly you're asking.
Anyway, Moody Gardens was fun for me.. but I'm easily pleased. I got to feed a starfish! Do you know what a starfish looks like when it opens its mouth for food? THE BEST.
Also, the octopus (who my friend, a local, said never comes out) came out just for us three and spread his tentacles and changed colors with the rocks and lights in his habitat. The video is so badass.
Anyway, if you're asking for things to do on the island.. if you're beer people, Brews Brothers and Beerfoot are the best bars.
Mosquito Cafe and Farley Girls are the best brunch/lunch spots. Farley Girls especially.
Yaga's, which is kinda like their version of WalkOns in the sense that they own Beerfoot and a few other restaurants (food is NOTHING like WalkOns) is a good time for a quick bite downtown.
And if y'all like fist pumping and partying (which I shamefully do once drunk), you should definitely hit up Salvation downtown.

Yes we are easy to please as well. Thanks for heads up. We really enjoy seeing everything we can but at the same time love to sit and enjoy a great bar with good music, especially a band. We love to dance.
