I did insanity last summer and T25 on and off the last few months. Insanity was awesome....I think I'll get back to that soon and do that 2 or 3 days out of the week but in the meantime my son and I are doing Body Beast. this workout is primarily done with dumbbells elastic bands Plus pushups and situps. I am really really impressed with what is done with my upper body just in 3 weeks. The areas of concern I have is stamina FOR the workout and general eating habits. im seeing a slow steady result with the Advocare products but Im wondering if I'm getting all I can with the assault mixture my son gave me.....it seems to work really good for me but I didn't know if there was something better or more effective on the market. Again I'm 50 so although I feel great and look better than I did a few months ago I feel the slowness creeping in my bones.

Thanks for the info. I´m bored, and looking to reawaken.
Currently, go to the gym four, probably five times a week, and do my best to mix it up.
Cardio start: Either 5K run, 50 minutes bike (random course or hill climb), 30-40 minute elliptical and 20-10 mins on stairs, OR slow run with wind sprints, obstacles, reverse sprints, thrown in (about 35 minutes in total).
Weights
- legs, bíceps, some back (probably 65-70 minutes or so)
- chest, tríceps, back which complements that which wasn´t done in the other regiment (close to an hour)
- abdominals to finish, some days really intense, therefore skip the next, other days, mediocre but varied, on a consecutive basis (until I do an intensive one again)
I take nothing, pre or post workout. Diet is proper, not extremely clean, but very, very good.
I´m your age.

Yeah, it's not fair.
I know a guy my age. I kid you not, eats Burger King or Taco Bell, drinks whatever whenever, and he stays completely shredded. I honestly don't think he works out anymore.
