I'd definitely like to see him compete. He looks like a better version of Justin McMillan. Obviously he'll have to learn to work from under center, and he has plenty to work on, but his has the tools, good arm strength, quick release, and great mobility, to start for LSU down the road.
He's a project that I could see play if something happens down the road. A much better project than Rivers ever was (sorry Rivers).

Looks like a good enough arm to me and maybe he's got enough grey matter to learn the playbook
