why does my avatar and sig look like it does? Ive cleaned out my photobucket and it says im only at 3% of storage?

Storage isn't the same as bandwidth.
Let's say you have a 1mb picture and that's it. Your storage would be 1mb.
Bandwidth is, for simplicity's sake, the size of the image x # of times viewed. So if you have that 1mb image set as your avatar on TD then every time someone views a page that has one of your posts on it, it counts against your bandwidth allotment. So if there are 10,000 views of a page, you've used up 10,000mb (~10gb) of your allotted bandwidth.
You can mess around with that, or you can use imgur and not have to worry about it.
