I will be there Friday and Saturday. Cant go sunday because of my niece's bday party.

I live 25 mins from minute maid but some friends are staying downtown so will just crash with them so I can party. Should be a grand time.

Home or Visitor Dugout in Houston?

Astros dugout is on first base side. Most home teams in college are on third base side.

I'll be there on Saturday!

Planning to watch the LSU basketball game at 1 then head over to Minute Maid.

Any good recommendations for a bar close to the park that would play the game? TIA

The little woodrows by BBVA compass stadium may put it on. There is a Dynamo game Saturday so it will be packed.

Either Lucky's or Little Woodrows which are both right next to BBVA would show it. Though Lucky's would be more likely to have other MLS games on with audio but there's only 2 day time MLS games and plenty of TVs. There's also Mojeaux's across the street but I don't recall how many TV's they have. It's a Louisiana themed bar but I wouldn't go so far as to call it authentic.

Just heard on 104.5 that Minute Maid is air conditioned but not heated. Caller said to dress warm or you'll be going home in a new Astros sweatshirt.
