Dear Brittney, Katy, & the rest: This is actual singing, not lip syncing.

I would give anything to go back in time and have one night alone with Stevie during this time frame. She was sex embodied and beautiful

I dunno. There was this new thing in the 90's that required pop artists to drop the instrument and add intense choreography instead. I don't know why but the pop audience would rather see britney spinning around on a curtain singing than playing an instrument sitting still.

I am in no way defending these pop singers and I think the world of Stevie, but if you're running around doing aerial acrobatics, it's impossible to get the deep breaths you need for being in tune and booming.

Here's what me and most believe to be Katy Perry lip syncing gone wrong, then she has to actually re-do it for some reason and she has to sing instead...

KP

Sitting in a studio or on an unplugged stage I bet Perry has a (edit- above average) voice, her breath control is shite now.

Pretty cool how they trained the goat to get on stage and act like it's singing.

She is a great singer, but she sure does have an aggravating nasally voice.

The older I get, the closer "Rumors" gets to the top of my list. What a masterpiece.
