I'm trying Chrome on this Samsung tablet and have a question..

Android, by the way...
The address bar at the top of a webpage scrolls off the top of the screen as I scroll down the page... I prefer to have my address bar and forward and back buttons always visible and accessible, as in other browsers. Is there some way to anchor it?
