How's it looking folks? Too afraid to click on the other links at the risk of spoilers. I just hope it doesn't suck.

Few episodes in. its different.
He is is not fighting to get to the top, but rather fighting to stay at the top. A lot of things working against him, including.....
spoiler...
his wife. but not on purpose, just her own ambition.

I'm not pro or against HoC - I recognize that seasons drop all at once, but do we need to spam the whole front page with HoC episode threads?
I mean, I'm a GoT Maester (recent promotion), and we sometimes have 3 threads up - one for Maesters, one for Hodors and another for Hodors that they inexplicably call the "middle ground" thread, but MY GOD - half the front page is HoC threads right now.
/rant
(Sorry - please go about your business.)

It's still quality TV, but this should have been the final season where Frank falls. Frank staying in limbo isn't as entertaining. Only through Episode 5, but there's no way he doesn't stay in power until his inevitable complete implosion with his past deeds coming to light (none of which has been really brought up so far this season).

i did 2 episodes at a time as opposed to last season where they did a thread for every episode. i hope this helps keep it down. it's just very hard because it isn't one episode released at a time, so it's harder to have conversations. if people don't want them, they will fall off the first page. if they do, then the people will keep them up there. that's the great part of this democracy that is tigerdroppings

I think I conceded that point at the very beginning of my rant.

I appreciate the effort, despite my curmudgeonly rant.

I agree it will be self-regulating, to a degree.
And I said, basically, please resume your discussion after I ended my curmudgeonly rant.
I really do need to catch up on this - but Mrs. Midnight isn't interested. My middle child watches, but that's it.
Mrs. Midnight wants to watch Rome, then catch up on Vikings. So, that pretty much means I want to watch Rome, then catch up on Vikings, as I am beta as f*ck.
Please resume your HoC discussion without any further interruptions from me.

It's about clearing the clutter, not making it.
You make all the threads for about 30 minutes and the admins anchor it so we have one master thread to direct to all the threads so there's not a new thread on random parts of the season for the next month straight

Sucks the admins fricked you over like that. I appreciate the effort

I guess I wasn't paying attention last year - in any event, I was over it once I posted - consider it either retracted or walked way back. Y'all enjoy - I do recognize this is a unique way of delivering content and I am a Netflix subscriber.

To answer the OP's question, it was my least favorite season.
I won't elaborate as not to spoil but I was very underwhelmed.

I think it's better than S2. But nothing tops S1 for me.
