Here's to hoping the week of LSU - Aggie game this year, the case hits the courts... Chavis is called to testify... In a fit of rage he pulls out a gun and tells everyone, "I'll give you just one minute to stop this kangaroo court or I will use all my defensive power to stop you!!!" Everyone shrugs their shoulders and laughs knowing that in one minute Chavis never stopped anyone...

Tim, critics are a dime a dozen, but it takes creativity & intellect to get great humor.
I liked your post as it's true. Mr. 3rd & Chavis could never stop anyone in a minute, especially the last minute of a ball game in which we desperately needed a stop. Just ask Bama, Notre Dame, Bama again, etc. etc. etc.

This will never go to court. It will be decided by a Summary Judgment motion.
Depositions will be taken. And, based on those depositions, there's not a judge in America who couldn't award LSU the $400,000. The only question will be who has to pay it -- eaTme or Chiefcontractbreaker.
