Anyone have or had one of these? Wife owns one, a year old at Christmas. Goes to get on this AM and nothing happens. Plug in the power chord and the blue light is on on the power button but screen stays black. Can't find anything online for this model. Anyone have any suggestions other than throwing it through the window?
